At-Will Employment

Employment with Fish N Fries is considered “at-will,” meaning that either the employee or Fish N Fries may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.*

Media Release & Promotional Use

By accepting employment, employees acknowledge that they may be photographed or recorded while on duty. Fish N Fries and its affiliated media partners reserve the right to use any such media, including images and videos, for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without additional compensation or approval.*

Shift Cancellation Notice

Employees who are unable to work a scheduled shift must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to management. Failure to provide timely notice may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.*

Workplace Conduct & Harassment Policy

Employees are expected to maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional work environment at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct toward customers or fellow employees will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination.
